Amendment to the 2023-2026 Privatisation Programme Presidential Decree no. 147/24 of 8 July

The Privatisation Programme for the 2023-2025 period, approved by Presidential Decree 78/23 of 28 March, was updated to include the assets recovered under the Recovered Assets Approach Strategy, approved by Presidential Order 48/21 of 19 April, as part of the coercive repatriation and extended loss of assets.

Under the respective addendum, the privatisation of STANDARD BANK ANGOLA was declared, through the sale of 49% of the shares belonging to the Angolan state, by Initial Public Offering (IPO), which will begin this year.
