Privatization of State-owned Shares in BFA

The President of the Republic's authorization for the privatization of the shares held by the state in BFA through Unitel S.A, corresponding to 15% (fifteen percent) of the share capital, was published in the Official Gazette.

The Minister of Finance was delegated the power to verify the validity and legality of subsequent acts relating to the privatization procedure.
